With "All nature", of course, it depends on the context. Of course, this is not about describing a beautiful landscape or bragging about tall, physical attributes. Rather, "all nature" refers to the fact that sex is offered in many different ways, always without a condom or other protection (safer sex).
All nature: it used to be quite normal
Prostitution is considered the oldest trade in the world. This already makes it clear that "all nature" was certainly the norm. It is true that animal bladders or similar things were invented centuries ago as early forms of condoms. However, it can be assumed that these were by no means always available everywhere where sex was offered for sale. Anyone who wanted to use the services of a lady for sale naturally had no protection in mind: "all natural" was common practice and the lady herself had to live with the consequences if she became pregnant through sex for sale.
Sex without contraception: not uncommon even today
This is of course especially true for couples who are in a long-term, trusting relationship. It is true that many women who are in a committed relationship take the pill as protection against unwanted pregnancy. However, when it comes to sex itself, it's "all natural": whether vaginal, oral or anal sex nature, none of these practices involve a condom or similar getting in the way.
All without: not safe for sex for sale
A rule of thumb is that self-respecting prostitutes would never offer "all without". After all, their own health is the most important asset of anyone who needs their body to earn money. It goes without saying that this is especially true for the horizontal trade. When ladies for sale offer "all natural", you must always be aware of this: Most likely, the unprotected sex is significantly more expensive than the protected version. And the lady is certainly not making you an exclusive offer, but has already had other men inside her without protection.
In some types of sex, "all-natural" is not a problem
Not every contact between the client and a prostitute results in normal sex. Some gentlemen just want to talk, others want to be feminized by the lady or enjoy dominant-deviant educational games. S/M practices also often take place without normal sex - and practices such as strapon games, spanking or fisting do not require protection with a condom or similar. If the lady takes on the submissive role, she must of course not be forced into "all nature" by taking advantage of her possibly helpless situation. Only what has been explicitly agreed beforehand is permitted. And of course "All Nature" is not safe at all. Not even if the partners have just taken an AIDS test beforehand. This is because it only refers to the HI virus, but not to other sexually transmitted diseases. And these can also be unpleasant or even life-threatening.
